The ground screw series features a pipe diameter range of 48–273 mm and lengths reaching up to 6,000 mm; the primary material used is Q235 steel. The surface undergoes hot-dip galvanization, resulting in a zinc coating thickness of ≥65 µm and ensuring corrosion resistance for up to 25 years. The load-bearing capacity is designed in accordance with the *Standard for Load of Building Structures* and the *Technical Code for Building Pile Foundations*; for certain specifications, the compressive load-bearing capacity can reach as high as 171.2 kN.
Taking the spiral ground pile (Model: STB-F76A-1600) as an example: it features an outer diameter of 76 mm, a length of 1,600 mm, is constructed from Q235B steel, and has a wall thickness ranging from 2.0 to 3.2 mm. The surface treatment consists of hot-dip galvanization, complying with the DIN EN ISO 1461-1999 standard. Packaging is provided via iron pallets wrapped in stretch film. This product is suitable for installation in various soil strata-including clay, gravel plains, and gravelly ground-though pre-drilling is required for installation in hard rock formations. Its mechanical properties include a baseline uplift resistance of 20 kN, a baseline vertical load-bearing capacity of 25 kN, and a baseline horizontal torsional resistance of 12 kN.
